Transaction Readiness

  • Develop a comprehensive Transaction Readiness Assessment and prepare the business for sell-side due diligence.
  • Ensure financial statements are prepared following GAAP standards and interim financial statements are reported on a timely monthly-close cycle.
  • Strengthened internal controls and financial practices, processes, and systems for audit readiness.
  • Analyze and optimize financial operations, including FP&A reporting, performance management, cash flow optimization, and treasury.
  • Ensure the compliance/controls are in place for reporting to the board, lenders/investors, regulators, and taxation.

  • Assist executive management in valuation discussion and deal structuring.
